Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SocialsBoost. By creating an account, you agree to them. We'll do our best to keep the service running, protect your content, and tell you ahead of any meaningful changes.

By creating an account, accessing, or using SocialsBoost (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Each account is for one person — share a workspace with teammates instead of sharing a single login.

If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately at security@socialsboost.com.

SocialsBoost offers a 14-day free trial and paid plans (Basic and Premium). Pricing for each plan is shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled.

• Billing. Charges are processed by PayPal or Paddle (our merchant of record where applicable) and appear on your statement under the relevant processor.
• Upgrades. Take effect immediately. The new amount is prorated from the day of change.
• Downgrades. Take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period — no refunds for partial months.
• Failed payments. We'll retry over seven days and pause the account if no method works.

You agree not to use SocialsBoost to:

• Send spam, run unsolicited mass-DM campaigns, or violate any social platform's rules.
• Post or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or run inauthentic-engagement campaigns.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload the Service or any connected platform.
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense access to the Service without an agency or partner agreement with us.
• Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or the AI fair-use guardrails.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may report serious abuse to law enforcement.

You own everything you create or upload to SocialsBoost — captions, images, schedules, brand voices, templates, and so on. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content strictly for the purpose of running the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Our AI features (caption generation, image generation, idea suggestions) help you draft content. You're responsible for reviewing every AI-generated post before it's published.

You retain ownership of AI-generated outputs to the extent allowed by law. Don't use AI features to generate content that violates the acceptable-use section above.

When you connect Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other supported platform, you authorise us to act on your behalf to publish and fetch insights. You remain bound by each platform's own terms.

Platforms can change APIs, rate limits, or terms at any time, and they sometimes do without notice. We'll do our best to adapt, but we can't guarantee continuous availability of any third-party platform feature.

The SocialsBoost name, logo, software, and the look-and-feel of our product are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that abuse the Service, or that pose a security or legal risk to us or to other users.

On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialsBoost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We'll always try to resolve issues amicably first — please reach out to legal@socialsboost.com before filing anything formal.

We may update these Terms as the product or the law changes. Material changes will be notified by email and by an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
