How SocialsBoost works

You can be publishing in about five minutes. Everything starts with an account and one connected social channel.

1. 1Create your account with an email and password, or sign in with Google in one click.
2. 2Verify your email — we send a 6-digit code. Email sign-ups must verify before using the workspace.
3. 3Start your free trial or pick a plan. The trial unlocks the core features so you can try everything before paying.
4. 4Connect a social account (see below) so SocialsBoost has somewhere to publish.
5. 5Create your first post — write it, attach media, and publish now or schedule it for later.

SocialsBoost connects to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Threads. There are two ways to link an account — pick whichever suits you.

After connecting, each account shows its follower stats and token health. You can re-sync, refresh the token, or deactivate a connection any time from the Accounts page.

The composer lets you write once and tailor per platform. Pick the accounts to post to, then:

• Shared + per-platform captions — write one caption, then override it for any platform. Each respects that platform’s real character limit (so an X post can’t silently truncate your LinkedIn copy).
• Media — attach images or video. Uploads run in the background and survive tab switches; videos are transcoded per platform.
• Hashtags with a live count against each platform’s limit.
• Publish now, save a draft, or schedule for later — and watch the per-platform result for each account.

Generate platform-ready content from a short prompt. The AI Content page produces distinct copy per platform — never one caption stretched across all of them.

• Generate captions from a prompt + tone (professional, casual, witty…), with an emoji on/off toggle.
• Optimise an existing caption for a specific platform’s best practices.
• Hashtags & image prompts generated on demand.
• AI images — generate a visual from your content or a custom prompt.

Generated content drops straight into the same composer, so you can edit, preview per platform, and publish or schedule it. Every AI action draws from your monthly credit wallet (below).

Schedule a single post or set up a recurring cadence — the publisher runs every minute and posts due items automatically.

• Recurring schedules — once, daily, weekly or monthly, with pause / resume / duplicate.
• Publish queue — see exactly what’s going out next.
• Interactive calendar — drag a post to reschedule it, open any post to preview, publish, reschedule or unschedule, and click a day to create a post pre-dated to it.

Once posts go live and stats sync, the Analytics page turns them into real insight:

• Reach and impressions over time.
• Engagement broken down into likes, comments, shares and clicks.
• Per-platform comparison and share of engagement.
• Engagement-rate table, your top-performing posts, and a “best day to post” insight.

Every plan includes a single monthly AI credit wallet that all AI actions draw from. Credits reset each month.

Plans differ in wallet size and reach limits (connected accounts, posts per month, scheduling). The Free trial lets you try the AI; Basic and Premium scale up the wallet and remove limits. See Pricing for current tiers and limits.

On Premium, invite teammates into a shared workspace with role-based access:

• Roles — Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer, each with the right level of access.
• Approvals — Editors create drafts, Admins approve and publish.
• Audit trail — every action is logged for accountability.

• Profile & password — update your details and change your password from your profile.
• Sessions — see your active sessions and “sign out everywhere” in one click.
• Notifications — important events arrive in the in-app bell and, where relevant, by email.
• Live support — the chat icon in the navbar opens a real-time conversation with our team; you can also report an issue from the Help page.
